Notes / Info
This restaurant invented both the Phở chiên phồng & Phở cuốn dishes. Aside from bún chả, phở chiên phồng is one of my favorite things to eat in all of Hanoi. Dipping each of the fried pho pillows into the nước chấm is delicious. The texture and crunch of each of the crispy airy fried pillows is really unique tasting and nice.
