You can get it in either pork or beef, and the traditional small or big bowl. The reason why they used to be small is cause you traditionally used to eat it on a boat at a floating market, and you did not want the boat splashing all over the place. if you get small one you need to order many. but i prefer to just get a big bowl. Pork and beef both equally delicious.
