You can get Bun Bo Hue with soup as well here, as well as variants with Wagyu beef, etc. I opted to try the dry style. It comes with peanuts, so it ends up tasting (at least to me it does) like a strange hybrid between Bun Bo Hue, and Bun Thit Nuong.
