The malls in Bangkok are not at all like the boring unimaginative deserted malls of America. Icon Siam’s food court has food from all over Thailand, with sections for each region. You can even take the ferry to the mall if you wanted to. As an American who had never been to Thailand before, I was quiet surprised, and amused. Perhaps for some, this is the touristy and over priced mall, but I enjoyed it all the same.
